RIM's a reaction to the outage was dated, to put it mildly. All through Monday and Tuesday not much information was published with what occuring. As mentioned before, RIM arrived on the scene on Wednesday and claimed there seemed to be an outage, but in addition claimed so it ended up resolved. While that statement was technically correct, the resulting backlog caused more outages and delays, making the organization resemble it did not know what happening. Later on Wednesday, company co-CEO Mike Lazardis appeared in a very video on the business's website where he apologized with the outages and assured BlackBerry users that this issue will be corrected. The video was short, nice and seemed sincere, unfortunately it had been several days in its final stages.
