Here are the changelogs: a total of 56 items have been addressed between releases 1.2.2 and 1.2.3:

- 42 bug fixes (no known bug left in CB 1.2.3 !)
- 14 new features

Прошу тех кто хорошо знает английский перевести по свободе! !

Могу дать полностью переведенный default_language.php и ещё совет по исправлению одного бага, который есть в этой версии.
Перевод осмысленный, без ошибок, в отличие от тех, что уже были ранее выложены.

Ещё буду рад, если кто-нибудь объяснит, что такое CB ItemID И где его взять

что то я не нашел апрува аватарок...

Обновляться так же как и с 1.2.1 на 1.2.2 ?
Кто-нибудь обновлялся уже?
Есть список файлов которые он меняет?

я просто проинсталил все поверх и вроде все ок

Одобрение аватаров можно отключить в Конфигурации модуля на вкладке Модерирование

Еще Вы обещали совет по устранению какого-то бага, имеющегося в данной версии, в архиве его нет (

Баг, из-за которого при создании сообщения через профиль на е-меил вываливались строки кода над формой, находится именно в default_language.php, т.е.  я уже этот баг поправил

Что все таки есть CB ItemID и где его взять?

Поставил поверх, как в мануале написано и все ок.

Перезалил файл, перекачайте его - как оказалось баг я исправил после того, как я файл выложил, сейчас все ок
