I am trying to find a Form component for Joomla that works for my needs.

Needs:
I work in a small company, collecting chemicals such as paints, thinners, salts, isocyanates, petrols etc.
These are categorized and need something called a declaration number. They also have other numbers like UN-nr, EAL nr, ADR class etc, but these are fixed according to product.

Aim:
I am trying to create a place (online) which simplifies this, shows the numbers easily. Your product is excellent for this!
However, let's say the category "paint" have several containers, and each one need to be weighed. Can your product collect this weight, and summize it all after a couple of weeks?

And ideally, once a declaring number has been created for a container, is it possible to have that automated to all the following containers with the same content?

Or is this too complicated or my explanation too poor?
I have all the fields in place.
