Ничего не пойму, если удалить строки

То все нормально открывается с www и без. То есть по сути ни что другое не влияет на редирект... Или я ошибаюсь.
Вот весь мой htaccess, может кто углядит что-то лишнее. Буду очень благодарен, исчерпал уже все идеи.
