Trouble Upgrading from Joomla 3.8 to 3.9 - Joomla 3.x: Установка, обновление и настройка

I hope you can help me with an issue I'm facing. I'm trying to upgrade my Joomla site from version 3.8 to 3.9, but I'm encountering some problems.

Here's what I've done so far:

Backed up my site and database.
Downloaded the Joomla 3.9 update package.
Initiated the update process through the Joomla backend.
However, during the update, I received an error message indicating that some files couldn't be copied. I've double-checked the file permissions, and they seem to be correct.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? If so, how did you resolve it? Any advice or steps I might have missed would be greatly appreciated.
